My lessons are relaxed, supportive, fun and tailored to each student’s goals, experience and musical interests. Whether you're picking up a guitar for the first time or looking to develop your existing skills, we'll work at your pace and make learning enjoyable. We'll cover chords, scales, strumming patterns, fingerpicking and music theory, building your skills step by step.

Lessons combine practical guitar playing with music theory, technique, rhythm and learning songs you love. I can also help with songwriting and developing your own musical style, whether you want to perform on stage or simply play for fun. I believe the best way to learn is by playing music that inspires you while building strong foundations along the way.

I have over 15 years of teaching experience, working with children, teenagers and adults in private lessons and school settings. I'm also a guitarist, songwriter and music industry professional, with a background in Musicology and Music Business.

I love learning, I love teaching, and I love seeing the moment when something finally clicks for a student. Music is such a wonderful way to express yourself, build confidence and connect with others, and I want my students to experience that for themselves. There is no single right way to learn music, so I encourage curiosity, creativity and asking questions. We'll celebrate your progress, work through challenges together and find an approach that suits you as an individual.

My aim is to help you feel confident, make progress and, most importantly, enjoy making music. Whether you dream of performing, writing your own songs, playing along to your favourite artists or simply learning something new, you're welcome. Let's make some music!
