I use my own revision resources as an example for students to make their own, suggested the most effective forms of revision and what helped me personally. I’ll take a look at the work they produce and find ways for them to improve based on exam board specifications and my own experience. I studied AQA Macbeth, A Christmas Carol and Power and Conflict Poetry so these are my strongest texts to teach. I genuinely enjoyed GCSE english literature and achieved As and A*s consistently throughout secondary school, I currently study english literature in college too, boosting my knowledge and ability to provide support for GCSE students as I’ve recently been in their position.
