I worked for Amazon Development India Private Limited for almost 3 years and I was into the training and development team and my responsibilities lied to coach and train the new hire employees. I further moved to the mentoring team where I managed a team of 50 team mates mentored them.
My aim is to spread the knowledge I have to the people around.
