My coaching sessions are warm, supportive and personalised to you. I believe you thrive when you feel listened to, understood and encouraged rather than judged. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and know that you have someone in your corner.
I have experience supporting children and teenagers in schools, including young people with dyslexia and other learning difficulties, as well as providing one-to-one counselling and emotional support to students aged 11–16. I am also an ICF ACC Coach, counsellor, therapist and wellbeing practitioner.
Our sessions are relaxed and conversational, but always have a clear purpose. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re finding difficult and what you’d like to feel or do differently. Together, we’ll break things down into manageable steps that feel realistic for you.
You might want support with confidence, motivation, self-belief, friendships, managing overwhelm, organisation, focus, making decisions, handling challenges, setting goals or simply figuring out what you want.
I’ll adapt my approach to you rather than expecting you to fit into a particular way of learning. We might use coaching conversations, thoughtful questions, practical exercises, encouragement and reflection to help you recognise your strengths and discover what works for you.
Having struggled at school myself before discovering I was dyslexic, I understand how frustrating it can feel when you know you are capable but don't always feel confident in your abilities.
My aim is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood and encouraged, with a clearer sense of what you want and a manageable next step forward.
