Firstly, I believe the first step to exceptional learning is building a relationship with each student to understand their wants and needs. Depending on the ages of the students the content of the lessons will differ. For example, for the younger students, we will work more on the demonstration side of things to engage them whereas the older students takes on more of a blended/lecture structure....
Firstly, I believe the first step to exceptional learning is building a relationship with each student to understand their wants and needs. Depending on the ages of the students the content of the lessons will differ. For example, for the younger students, we will work more on the demonstration side of things to engage them whereas the older students takes on more of a blended/lecture structure. Each student will be able to have 100% flexibility in when and where they learn.
