My lessons are highly person-centred and tailored to the individual learning needs, goals and experience of each student. Drawing on my background as a Chartered Manager and Registered Occupational Therapist, I create a supportive, engaging learning environment where students feel confident to explore ideas, build skills and apply learning to real-world situations.

Sessions typically blend short presentations, guided discussions and practical scenario-based activities. I use real examples from practice and service leadership to bring concepts to life, helping students connect theory with meaningful application. Together, we break down challenges, analyse situations and co-create clear goals and action plans that support personal and professional development.

I have extensive experience in training, coaching and workforce development across multidisciplinary teams, and I bring this into my teaching style structured, reflective and focused on outcomes. Whether we are exploring leadership, service improvement, reablement practice or decision-making, lessons are interactive, collaborative and shaped around what you want to achieve.

Above all, my aim is to empower learners: building confidence, strengthening critical thinking and supporting you to translate learning into real, positive change.
