Hi Students,

I am a proactive, innovative, creative practitioner who will engage, motivate and entertain you. I will ensure you are never bored and learn what you need. I use the Communicative Approach, and I am a great believer that you, the learner, should be centre stage. Your input is more important than mine. My job is to provide input and encouragement to help you develop the skills you already have. In my lessons, there will be a variety of activities in which I invite you to find out for yourself how something works or how to write an engaging, interesting short story to help you pass your English Language GCSE. It is my job to engage you and ensure that you improve and develop key skills to pass the exams you are going to take, or if you want to improve your English speaking, (conversational), reading and writing skills. I have taught IELTS Speaking and Writing to Chinese undergraduates who thanked me for my patience and persistence in helping them improve their English proficiency. Before teaching in China, I taught GCSE English Language in the UK for over 7 years. I am so looking forward to teaching you. I am afraid I love teaching and meeting people from all walks of life and from different countries and cultures. I had such a fantastic experience teaching in China and experiencing the wonderful culture there.
