My lessons are friendly, supportive and tailored to each child. As a qualified primary school teacher, I have experience teaching across KS1 and KS2 and understand that every child learns differently.

I will get to know your child, identify the areas they need support with and plan sessions around their individual needs and ability. Lessons can focus on English, maths, phonics, reading, spelling or preparation for assessments such as the Year 1 Phonics Screening Check, Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) and SATs.

I like to make lessons engaging and enjoyable, using a mixture of activities, games, questioning and written work. I want children to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and having a go, while also building their confidence and skills.

My aim is to make each session useful, positive and enjoyable, while helping your child make progress and feel more confident in their learning.
