As your Nutrition Coach I will deliver personalised online sessions to help you understand healthy eating habits and balanced diets. I will provide support with meal planning, nutrition basics and lifestyle adjustments. Through coaching I will motivate you to stay consistent and achieve your health and wellness goals.
I work with both private clients and within in the NHS so have a broad range of experience working with a diverse group of clients. Everyone is different with their own set of challenges, and my coaching approach reflects that. There is no one size fits all to your health so we will work together to find what works best for you. I will support you to make lasting changes through motivational coaching and nutrition and lifestyle education.
Along with motivational interviewing and active listening, I also use various coaching tools to discover what my clients want to do, why they want to do it and how they will get there.
