My approach to tutoring is focusing on making sessions student centric.

I carry out an analysis with all my students to determine their strengths and development areas. I then create a bespoke programme for my students targeting improvement areas, but also to practice strengths as practice makes perfect.

I work with students to create goals to work towards as I believe goal oriented learning to be very effective; and when students reach milestones, success should be celebrated.
