I am a qualified high school Spanish teacher who has been teaching for a total of 22 years. I have a passion for the foreign languages and work diligently with my students to enable them to reach the mastery. My lessons are usually very interactive as I always commence with a ''hook' or an ice breaker to set the overall tone. Lesson objectives are always communicated clearly at the commencement of each lesson, and the developmental activities are age appropriate, catering to the different language skills of speaking, reading, writing and listening. I am also flexible in the sense that I allow my students to provide suggestions of activities they would like me to include to cater to their specific needs and interests. I am very patient as it relates to explaining new concepts to my students and errors are allowed in my class. I am fluent in both English and Spanish as such, I am capable of teaching English natives as well as Spanish natives English. I look forward to working with you and pray that the experience will be a rewarding one. I can only guarantee my commitment and time to making the tutoring experience a meaningful one. The student is always my focal point in my instructional decisions as I am of the firm belief that a student-centered classroom is ideal.
