I am an enthusiastic and a bubbly young teacher whose methods involve a lot of talking, creative suggestions such as flash cards, role play and fun language games and active outdoor ones. As someone who was brought up in a Spanish household my first language has been Spanish from the get go but as I live in the UK I'm proud to say that I can speak both languages fluently with no difficulty. While I currently study at a University for Creative Writing, I am also volunteering at a secondary school three days a week in the languages department, where I give students (ranging from the ages of 12 to 18) private tutoring sessions and prepare them for exam seasons. My previous experience also involves having worked with others from my hometown area by giving them tutoring sessions from the comfort of my own home as well as theirs. I would receive great feedback from them on how they passed their exams and loved my methods of fun learning as it allowed them to remember words and associate them with certain objects. Since I am only twenty-three, I can confidently say that I relate to young students, as not long ago I was in the exact position as them when it came to exams and university studies. Most have told me that they find themselves at ease with me and I enjoy seeing how they progress in their language studies, the further they gain their confidence with me and their lessons.
