Format:
Sessions are usually 45–60 minutes online. We start with a quick check-in, clarify what you want to focus on, and then work through a clear plan with simple, achievable steps. Each session ends with agreed actions and tools you can use between sessions.
What we cover:
Depending on your goals, we can work on confidence, motivation, boundaries, stress management, emotional regulation, communication, career direction, habits and routines, or navigating life transitions. I also support clients who are neurodivergent (ADHD/ASD) or managing anxiety, burnout or low mood.
Lesson dynamics:
My style is a balance of listening and coaching. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you spot patterns, and guide you to practical strategies that fit your lifestyle. You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, and a sense of momentum.
