My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I typically begin by understanding the student’s current level, strengths, and areas for improvement, and then create a personalised learning plan. Each session is divided into clear segments: reviewing previous material, introducing or reinforcing key concepts, and practising exam-style questions to build confidence and accuracy.
I use a mix of explanations, visual aids, and step-by-step problem solving to make complex topics easier to understand. Lessons are highly interactive—I encourage students to ask questions throughout and explain concepts back to me, which helps strengthen their understanding and retention. For subjects like maths and science, I focus not only on getting the right answer but also on developing strong problem-solving techniques and logical thinking.
With experience of delivering over 250 lessons across GCSE, A-Level, and university-level biology, I am comfortable adapting my teaching style to suit different learning preferences and academic backgrounds. I also provide regular feedback, track progress, and adjust lessons accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
Overall, my aim is to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel confident, engaged, and well-prepared to achieve their academic goals.
