10 mins: Quick recap & targeted review of difficult homework/concepts.

30 mins: Concept breakdown using real-world intuition and step-by-step digital whiteboard worked examples.

20 mins: Exam board past paper practice (dissecting command words and mark scheme triggers).

I cover all major UK exam boards including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and WJEC for Key Stage 3 and GCSE. Because exam boards phrase questions differently, I tailor every session to your child’s specific specification. We break down examiner reports so students understand exactly what examiners look for when awarding top marks.


Building Exam Confidence & Ongoing Support

Beyond weekly 1-on-1 lessons, I focus on reducing exam anxiety by teaching structured revision strategies and time-management techniques. Students can send me tricky homework questions between sessions for quick guidance, ensuring they never get stuck or fall behind during independent study throughout the school week.
Lessons are conducted online via Google Meet/Zoom using an interactive digital whiteboard.


Flexible Scheduling & Parent Communication

I offer flexible weekday evening and weekend slots to easily fit around school timetables. After every lesson, I provide parents with a brief update on progress and key focus areas. My goal is to make learning stress-free, engaging, and directly focused on achieving target grades.
