To make lessons more dynamic and engaging, I use Practice Questions and have students answer them first before providing feedback. To make lessons more enjoyable, I implement jeopardy style quiz games to reinforce new vocab or grammar concepts. I have been tutoring Spanish during my undergraduate studies at Wayne State University. I have also been a peer mentor for Spanish courses at Macomb Community College, assisting with both Basic and Intermediate levels of Spanish. Additionally, I have been immersing myself in learning the Spanish language through my volunteer work with Quetzales De La Salud, a nonprofit organization that provides free COVID-19 resources to uninsured immigrants in the New Jersey area.
