Justyna Kretkiewicz

I am a qualified teacher with first class Master’s degree in Modern Foreign Languages. I teach French, Polish and English to students of all ages and levels including preparation for GCSE and A-level examinations.

I have many years of experience teaching and tutoring in classroom, online and at home. I am very positive, enthusiastic, and patient when working with my students as I think making them feel happy and confident while they are learning is key to their progress and success.

I am very methodical in my approach, and I like to create a clear structure of the lesson from the very beginning. This puts my students at ease because they know what to expect. We mainly focus on development of 4 key language skills: listening and understanding, speaking, reading, and writing. Although the lessons are quite intense and full of content, we always find time for a lighter, fun activity towards the end of the session.

My lessons are always very well prepared and tailored to the needs, interests, and abilities of each individual. I particularly enjoy seeing my pupils grow in confidence and progress in their learning. Their excellent grades in the final examinations bring them a huge sense of achievement and satisfaction (and to me!).

The lessons take place either at my home or online. I am flexible on timings and days of the week.
