I am a CELTA qualified teacher, so have experience in structuring my lessons in a way that encourages skill building in reading, writing, and speaking, as well as in grammar and vocabulary lessons. I have experience teaching varied levels, ages, and nationalities. I am committed to ensuring your lessons work for you, so we will work based on your learning goals and needs, to ensure you have the best language learning experience possible. Some adults struggle with previous language learning experiences, often from when they were in school, so if you ever feel you want to change something in our lessons, we will work together to ensure you are getting the most out of our lessons together. I can work in-person or online, depending on your location, and I have experience working online with previous students. We can work with different software, from Milo to just sharing PowerPoints, depending on your comfort around technology. I am open to making any changes necessary, so if we start with one thing and see that it is not working, we can discuss and change this.
I have been teaching languages for about a year, and recently graduated from a CELTA course, and am looking for more students. I greatly enjoy grammar, and will endeavour for you to enjoy it as well, as I know this is something students often find tricky when learning a foreign language.
But overall, I simply endeavour to ensure that you enjoy your English lessons, because they should be fun!
