My lessons are participatory, dynamic, and a constant learning experience. Finding out and defining the language needs of the student is extremely crucial and important. Not only in terms of the language itself but also of cultural aspects of the language. For example, if the student is learning Spanish as a second language, the student will learn the summarized aspects of the cultures of the countries of Latin America and Spain. This process of learning the language is achieved through tools such as presentations, videos, reading articles, audios, and discussions. My motto is the student participates 80% and the teacher 20%.
Class planning is crucial. With the plan, class consistency is ensured. The lesson plan ensures that all learning objectives are fully met.
The teaching of languages as a second language should be a process tailored to each student. I believe that the learning experience is unique to every student. It is necessary to find an empathic connection between the student and the teacher.
Definitely, the teacher also receives a pleasant and productive teaching experience from the student. For me, this whole language teaching journey has been very satisfying in my life. See you soon
