Lessons can be face to face or online, although I realise that online is generally more convenient. Zoom is more convenient for live presentations but I can use any format (Skype, Teams, or others).

The first contact we will have will be a 'trial lesson'. This is free and last for a maximum of 1 hour. In this session we will chat informally and just get to know each other without any pressure or expectation. I will ask you some questions to judge your level and aims and then I will give you an idea of what to expect going forward. We can then discuss convenient times and how many sessions per week is convenient for you.

Taught sessions usually start very casually and ease into the topic area. Especially in conversational classes, this topic area is organic and can change as the student's need or curiosities become apparent. My experience has allowed me to improvise in these situations so do not worry. If you have a feeling, digression or question, go for it... Let's see where we end up. I will be there to bring us back.

Post session I will deliver homework or solo activities (if requested) or just have a chat about what we did in the class.
Homework given that is finished can be sent to me via email for marking and will be returned before the next class.
If you dont want homework, that's fine too.
