Looking to improve your spoken and written French? Look no further ??

I can provide casual lessons to improve your speaking or more structured lessons to go through grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Whatever suits your needs and desires!

Most importantly, I will help you with your confidence when speaking or writing, giving you the vital self-belief necessary for excelling in your language learning journey!

Outside of our lessons I can give you homework to help progression, provide helpful and engaging resources so you can improve your listening and reading skills on your own.

If you know absolutely no French at all or can speak a little and want help improving, I will provide insightful and interesting lessons.

I will teach you how to learn! One of the greatest challenges of learning a language is learning how to learn! Through my academic career and personal interest in languages I have learnt more than a few tricks and shortcuts which help to focus on how to best improve your language skills and avoid wasting lots of time doing boring activities.

My patience, experience, and laid-back nature mean our lessons will be fun, stress free, and (I hope!) super helpful.

Together we can work out a realistic progression plan if you think this will be helpful. Having SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound) targets can give you the motivation to improve. Equally if you want a more casual approach with no homework and no specific targets or structure to our lessons and would prefer just to talk for an hour or two per week in French then that works too!
