Previously tutored GCSE students as a peer tutor role in my secondary school, I also have a years experience tutoring with my own company, Texan Tutor, where I have tutored 3 GCSE students!

I have achieved a grade 9 in GCSE Maths and a grade A at A-Level Maths, I also have a HNC in Civil Engineering, and am going to continue to complete my BEng Civil Engineering in September 2025.

My lessons are dynamic and encourage the students to think for themselves, to not only be able to complete the Mathematics involved but be able to understand it and where it comes from.

I will use plenty of ways of working, from demonstrating and teaching the subject, to worked through examples and finally letting the student go off on their own and ask me any questions.

I believe Maths is enjoyable and fun to do when you understand what’s going on, with enough hard work and precision teaching everyone will be able to understand and enjoy maths themselves.
