Hi! I'm a friendly and enthusiastic student currently studying Mathematics at the University of Oxford, and would love to teach anyone enthusiastic and willing to learn! Having tutored a couple of family friends in the past, I have a solid amount of experience, and I am always looking to tailor our sessions to help each individual to get the most out of them. I am as flexible as possible with lesson scheduling, as well as with the content - for example, I have had students prefer going through practice questions, while others prefer a recap of a recent topic or even an introduction to a new topic, and I am gladly able to cater to any of these preferences, and will prepare material for the lesson beforehand whenever requested!
As someone who really appreciates understanding something fully before solving questions on the topic, it is really rewarding to help guide students through the process of learning things, and my recent experience learning these same topics means I am able to share all the useful tips and tricks which will make solving the problems just that little bit easier!
I have ten Grade 9s at GCSE level, including Mathematics and Further Mathematics, and 3 A*s at A-level, in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics.
Aside from maths, I'm really passionate about classical music, and have an extensive musical background, including an ATCL (Distinction) on the violin, as well as Grade 8s on the piano, trumpet, and in music theory.
I would be happy to video chat with anyone before starting tutoring sessions properly!
