I learn the fastest when talking about things I enjoy. When I teach I'll find what people are most interested in, then begin teaching the new language
with that subject as the base of conversation.

I lived in Argentina for two years and learned Spanish through conversing with people and reading books every day. This aided in my ability to make small talk while learning the formal manner of speech. My highest goal is to help people enjoy learning a new language. For me, if you can't enjoy it, it'll take much longer to get any progress. I was in classes for four years in school and walked away with only the basics, this because I only ever saw it as a class with more homework.

I will create an interactive environment where the student has say in what we talk about. Homework will mostly be to practice using what we discuss in the session, and researching new words the student is curious about in between sessions. The class will be aimed as a clarifying time, to help students as they learn for themselves how to talk about interests of there own.
