Hello my name is Jose and I am originally from Spain. I move to the uk 2016.

I would describe myself as a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and industrious teacher. I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities.

I consider myself an open, friendly person, happy and caring who loves teaching people of all ages to help them to develop their skills and reach their pontential. I believe in building a good relationship with my students is very important to create a great learning atmosphere.

The children within my lessons are encouraged to share and contribute to the class discourse in an open and safe manner. They are encouraged and rewarded for their input and a happy, safe learning environment is created through fun, targeted lessons curated with the specific learners in mind. I am a confident and supportive character who creates classrooms that young people thrive within through my positive and engaging presence. I foster positive relationships which support my learners, allowing them the freedom and confidence to contribute within the class, this is backed up by my commitment to the highest standards of expectation for learners. All lessons are devised through adaptive resource development, I cater lessons specifically to each child depending on needs.

I promise my lessons are characterised by a smooth progression in order to reach the set goals. Good feedback and assessment for learning are key strategies of my practice and speaking and listening skills play an important role.
