John Estillore

I am a licensed Philippine teacher majoring in Social Studies and have taught IB Business Management (Higher Level), Economics, Cambridge IGCSE Business Studies (0450), MYP Individuals and Societies, English First Language (0500), and Cambridge Sociology (0495). As a teacher, I focus on developing students’ critical thinking, real-world application of business concepts, and exam readiness through inquiry-based learning, case study analysis, and structured exam practice.

My teaching strategies include differentiated instruction, formative assessment, data-informed feedback, and collaborative learning to support diverse learners and maximize student achievement. I design engaging lessons that promote analytical thinking, ethical decision-making, and independent learning, aligned with IB learner profile attributes and Cambridge assessment objectives.

I am fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. I understand my professional responsibility to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment and to act in accordance with school safeguarding policies. I have completed professional training in child protection, anti-bullying practices, and online safety, and I remain vigilant in identifying, reporting, and responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns.
