Tutored for a year in school as a maths prefect, my aim was to work through worksheets by topics, depending on what the student wants to learn and genuinely struggles with, working our way through it together, learning from our resources, if the ideas do not click straight away. Also, prefer to start on a test, though may seem daunting, helps to give me an idea of what you struggle with, most students tend to choose easier topics when I ask them to choose, so having an idea of what you feel weaker on helps me to improve those for you, the student, without putting too much pressure on only the hardest topics.
