You learn the most when you're feeling chilled, and having fun... So now that we're on the same page,, this is what our first lesson might look a bit like.

Firstly, I'll ask you why you've decided to take lessons, and what your goals are!

Then I'll ask you which song you would like to work on.

Then we sing!
- quick warm up
- sing through your song
- identify areas for improvement
- use the song to get to know your voice, and find what we need to work on
- recap, and chat about what might be useful to practice

I am keen on understanding the whole picture when it comes to the voice. It is never a one-size-fits-all answer. Sometimes it's a lack of confidence rather than lack of ability, and sometimes you have all the ability, you just need to train how and when to use it. Everything from the way you talk, to the way you stand, affects singing. I'm interested in being thorough, and really making improvement.
