Joanna Kori

I am co-founder/Director of Art-House-Life, a working studio for 5 artists at Osborne Stable Block, East Cowes and an award-winning multi-disciplinary artist and educator, accustomed to delivering face to face and online workshops/tuition.
My sessions are usually personalised to group and individual capabilities and interests. They are a balance of (digestible) theory with the majority of the session being hands-on. If I'm facilitating face to face I provide materials for a small extra cost; if online I give a list in advance of what's required.
I'm used to adapting sessions to reflect a range of national curriculum subjects when required.
I teach drawing, sculpture, printmaking, installation, painting and mixed media.
I always remind people that there is never any expectation to create a masterpiece - my sessions focus on processes, materials, tools, knowledge and practice, in order to build confidence and skills for each individual's progression.
Whether you want to create for personal wellbeing, as a group bonding activity or to be a professional artist, my sessions are pitched at a range of levels that will be helpful and meaningful for you.
