I’m Joan Martínez, a Food Engineer and passionate cook with over 10 years of experience in the culinary and food industry. For me, teaching about food goes far beyond sharing recipes — it’s about inspiring curiosity, encouraging creativity, and helping students truly understand the “why” behind each dish.
My greatest motivation is sharing my knowledge and experience, seeing how students gain confidence and enjoyment in the kitchen. I believe that cooking is a journey of discovery where every step matters, from choosing ingredients to understanding techniques and flavors.
My Methodology
Whether in person or online, my classes are interactive, practical, and tailored to each student’s goals and pace. I combine hands-on demonstrations with clear explanations of the principles behind cooking, so you can adapt skills to your own style.
