My lessons are delivered online and are designed to be structured, personalised, and genuinely supportive. I work with individuals from all backgrounds who are seeking clarity, confidence, and improvement in performance, mindset, and decision-making across different areas of life. Each session is tailored to the individual, recognising that everyone’s challenges, goals, and starting points are different.
Sessions typically combine guided conversation, goal-setting, reflective exercises, and practical tools that can be applied immediately outside of our time together. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing uncertainty, pressure, or setbacks, while also being challenged to grow. Where helpful, I use interactive workbooks, prompts, and structured frameworks to help individuals better understand their habits, thought patterns, and decision-making processes.
My background as a professional athlete has given me first-hand experience of high-pressure environments, discipline, resilience, and performing through uncertainty. Alongside this, my academic background as a business graduate allows me to bring structure, strategy, and clarity into sessions, particularly around goal-setting, prioritisation, and long-term planning. I bridge performance principles from sport with practical life skills that translate into education, work, and personal development.
Lessons are collaborative rather than instructional. I do not believe in telling people what to do; instead, I help individuals develop self-awareness, confidence, and tools so they can make informed decisions independently. Progress is measured through reflection, accountability, and tangible changes in mindset, behaviour, and confidence over time.
Ultimately, my aim is to help people feel more grounded, capable, and intentional in how they approach challenges, decisions, and their own potential.
