As I have my on the job training during 4tr year college, I used detailed lesson plan in teaching ensuring that the process of the lesson will be delivered as learning centered teaching process in which the learners and the teacher will interact with the same ideas and enhance their knowledge and background about a certain topic. Making the classroom conducive and safe environment for the learners, openness of each other and activities that arouses learners active participation. During my final demonstration teaching, i used so many engaging activities during my lesson, like stories games and manipulative activities for them to be engage all throughout the lesson. I was awarded with best in English demonstration during the Pammadayaw event of the University and Recognition Day. I know I got that award because I am always well prepared before I will teach the lesson, I ensure that our class will go smoothly as I planned in making lesson plan. In teaching you need to be creative, with patience and of course love your learners and love what you are doing.
