I am an experienced primary school teacher offering friendly, structured and engaging private tuition for children across the primary curriculum. I support pupils in developing their knowledge, confidence and independent learning skills through lessons tailored to their individual needs, interests and goals.
My teaching approach is warm, patient and encouraging. I take time to understand how each child learns best, identify areas for development and celebrate progress at every stage. Lessons may include a mixture of explanation, guided practice, discussion, games and practical activities, helping pupils to understand new ideas and apply them confidently. I provide clear feedback to parents and carers so that progress, strengths and next steps remain easy to understand.
I believe that children learn best when they feel listened to, valued and comfortable asking questions. My aim is not only to improve academic outcomes, but also to nurture resilience, curiosity and a positive attitude towards learning.
