I tailor each session to the individual student, building on their strengths while supporting areas of difficulty. I believe learning should be enjoyable, engaging, and rooted in curiosity - especially when preparing for key exams like the 11+, where confidence is just as important as knowledge.

I tailor each session to the individual student, building on their strengths while supporting areas of difficulty. I believe learning should be enjoyable, engaging, and rooted in curiosity - especially when preparing for key exams like the 11+, where confidence is just as important as knowledge.

For Maths and Chemistry tuition, I would first discuss with the student which areas they find most challenging and what they feel they most need to improve on. From this, I would then adapt my tutoring approach to find ways to best explain ideas to improve their understanding and develop their problem-solving skills, which is particularly important as exams have become more synoptic in recent years.
