Title: Introduction to Legal Concepts

Objective: To introduce GSCE law students to fundamental legal concepts and principles.

Introduction:

I'm a professional lawyer and practicing law since last 9 years in High court of Sindh, Pakistan, I am passionate to teach law to the foreign students, I believe life ended but learning never ends so I myself and my students would learn from each other in very comfortable friendly atmosphere, knowledge of law is essential in every aspect of life no one can deny the importance of law so live to know your rights and liabilities.

Define law and explain its significance in society.

Discuss the different sources of law, such as statutes, common law, and international law.

Key Legal Terminologies.

Present essential legal terms students need to know.

Provide real-life examples to help grasp their meanings.

Legal Systems:

Introduce different legal systems, like common law and civil law.
Explain how each system functions and its application.
Understanding Case Law

Discuss the importance of case law in shaping legal decisions.
Analyze a landmark case relevant to GSCE students.

Q&A and Discussion.

Encourage students to ask questions and share their thoughts on the topics covered.

Homework Assignment.

Assign a short reading or writing a note on a specific legal concept so that student improve their self confidence on speaking or writing on a law point.

Conclusion:

Summarize the main points covered in the lesson.
I would adapt the lesson plan according to my students' needs and make it interactive to keep them engaged throughout the session.
