I personalise sessions to individual students and adapt to their learning style. I like to spend time finding out students' weaker areas and use powerpoints and worksheets to explain points they may have missed in class and use exam questions to consolidate knowledge. For GCSE and A-level students I do place importance on exam questions and technique.
