My lessons are structured, interactive, and tailored to each child’s needs.

Sessions are question-led and active rather than lecture-based. I typically start with quick recap questions to strengthen prior learning, followed by focused practice on a key skill. I then guide students through progressively harder questions, using discussion and step-by-step support to develop understanding and independence.

I use a mix of resources including online question banks, worksheets, SATs-style questions, and interactive activities to keep lessons engaging and varied. Children are encouraged to explain their thinking and work through problems rather than simply being given answers.

My approach is patient and supportive, and I adapt each lesson based on the child’s level, confidence, and school learning. My aim is to make learning feel manageable and build steady, lasting progress in both skills and confidence.
