Jannie Rerizani

I am a native French speaker based in Cambridge with experience teaching and supporting students in both school and one-to-one settings. I have worked as a Teaching Assistant and French Teacher, where I prepared lesson materials, supported classroom activities, and provided individual guidance to help pupils improve their language skills and confidence.

My teaching approach is patient, structured, and encouraging. I believe learning a language should be interactive and practical, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing in a balanced way. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level and goals, whether they are beginners, preparing for GCSE exams, improving conversational French, or learning for travel or professional purposes.

Alongside my teaching experience, I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and a Business Management degree. This background allows me to understand motivation, learning styles, and how to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and progressing at their own pace.

I am organised, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed. I offer personalised lessons tailored to individual needs and aim to make each session engaging and productive. My goal is not only to teach French but to build confidence and enjoyment in using the language.

I am available for online or in-person tutoring and look forward to supporting students on their language learning journey.
