I believe it is very important to listen to my students and ask them what they want to achieve. I like to get to know their weaknesses and then, based on that, change my method of teaching. I like to create a friendly, comfortable environment in the classroom, where they can feel free to learn and actively participate and interact in the lesson. I believe it is very important to listen to my students and ask them what they want to achieve. I like to get to know their weaknesses and then, based on that, change my method of teaching. I like to create a friendly, comfortable environment in the classroom, where they can feel free to learn and actively participate and interact in the lesson. I have also found that sharing my personal life experiences and telling them what I did to overcame my difficulties, helps them to relax and open up more freely.
Most importantly, I am patient and try to understand my students and show empathy towards their language learning experience.
