My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, whether you are studying Law, preparing for exams, or looking to improve your English skills. I take a structured but flexible approach: at the start of our sessions, we identify your goals, current level, and any areas of difficulty. From there, I design lessons that combine clear explanations with interactive discussion, practical exercises, and problem-based learning. I believe that the best way to master a subject is not just to memorise facts, but to understand how to apply knowledge in context.
For Law students, I draw on both my academic background and practical courtroom experience. I have completed a qualifying Law degree and studied to Masters level on the Bar Training Course (BTC). I have also gained first-hand experience of criminal proceedings during two mini-pupillages. This means I can support you with both substantive law and procedural aspects, from case analysis and essay technique to advocacy preparation and exam skills.
For English tuition, I emphasise building confidence and clarity in written and spoken expression. Lessons can focus on grammar, essay writing, or presentation skills, depending on your needs. I provide constructive feedback and encourage active participation, so that you feel fully engaged and supported throughout.
Above all, my lessons are collaborative and student-focused: I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring ideas, and developing the tools you need to succeed academically and beyond.
