If you are already seeing “Copy conference information,” that's actually a good sign — it usually means a Google Meet conference has already been added to your calendar event.

What to do now
Click “Copy conference information.”
Google Calendar should copy the Google Meet link and meeting details.
You can then paste it into WhatsApp, email, or wherever you communicate with your student.
Your student can use that link at the scheduled class time.
You do not need to add another conference if a Meet link has already been created.
