My lessons are clear, structured, and focused on helping students genuinely understand the topic rather than just memorise answers. I usually begin by identifying the student’s current level, strengths, and areas of difficulty. From there, I explain the topic step by step using simple language, examples, diagrams, and practice questions where needed.

The format of my lessons is interactive. I encourage students to ask questions throughout, and I regularly check their understanding before moving on. After explaining a concept, I like to apply it immediately through examples or exam-style questions so the student can see how the knowledge is used in practice. This helps build both confidence and problem-solving ability.

I adapt my teaching style depending on the student. Some students need more support with the basics, while others need challenging questions to push for higher grades. My aim is to make each lesson suited to the student’s pace and learning style.

I also focus on exam technique, including how to read questions properly, structure answers, avoid common mistakes, and manage time effectively. I believe that good tutoring should not only improve grades, but also make students more independent and confident learners.

Through my academic background and experience explaining difficult subjects, I have developed strong communication, organisation, and teaching skills. My lessons are supportive, focused, and practical, with the goal of helping every student make steady progress and feel more confident in their ability.

This approach allows students to leave each lesson with clearer understanding, improved confidence, and practical skills they can apply independently.
