First we can have a sit down to discuss the students strengths and weaknesses in the subject. The students specific curriculum will be evaluated to ensure we cover anything that could come up in their exam. I break down complex legislation into building blocks to make the content easier to understand and remember. I will also focus on Case Law as this evidences why you would use a specific law, by looking at old cases students can understand with more detail why a Judge made that decision and why it is binding on further cases with similar circumstances. We will use short powerpoint presentations alongside worksheets with key points for students to keep and revise with.
