I like to teach by first understanding what the students specific needs and interests are. As an LSA I was constantly creating and adjusting work and entire lessons to the students’ specific needs and ability and I apply that same thinking and technique to regular lessons. I believe understanding the student’s needs fully is the best way to help support and educate them.
