Drawing on my background as a Personal Trainer, Activity Co-ordinator, and Team Leader, I understand the importance of tailoring sessions to meet unique needs and motivating people to achieve their best.
At the start, I work with students to identify their strengths, challenges, and objectives. From there, I create a structured plan that combines guidance, practical exercises, and reflection. I use clear explanations, goal-setting techniques, and encouragement to help students build confidence and improve their performance step by step.
I also bring experience in mental health support and coaching, which allows me to help students develop resilience, focus, and positive study habits. My teaching style is patient, empathetic, and motivating — I aim to create a safe space where students feel supported, engaged, and inspired to reach their potential.
