As a tutor with an MSci in Biochemistry and Genetics, my lessons are all about making science click for you, whether you're tackling GCSE or A-Level. I believe in a truly personalised approach, so we'll start by figuring out your unique learning style and the topics you find most challenging. My goal is to break down complex scientific concepts into clear, understandable pieces, using relatable examples and analogies to bring the subject to life. You can expect interactive sessions where we work through practice questions together, discuss tricky ideas, and build your confidence in asking questions – there's no such thing as a silly question here! Beyond just content, we'll also focus on mastering essential exam techniques, from understanding mark schemes to effective revision strategies, ensuring you're fully prepared to ace your assessments. My Master's degree gives me a deep and current understanding of the material, and my experience leading revision groups as a Welfare Officer for the Biochemistry Society means I'm well-versed in guiding students to academic success. I'm here to support you every step of the way, making learning both effective and enjoyable.
