My sessions are delivered on a 4 week basis with as many 1to1 coaching sessions you may require available via Zoom.
During the coaching call we discuss everything from your problem, your goal, how we are going to achieve it, specifically through a strategic exercise programme that is designed to build graded exposure. Basically exposure your body to tolerate more gradually. On the call I go over, exercises, the purpose, the execution with proper technique, assessment of ongoing progress and critique anything that needs improvement.
I generally find 1-2 of these per week is enough however some people may require or prefer more. Over the course of the programme you will gain more confidence in yourself and your movement as you start to make improvements.
