Lessons will be clearly structured to address each learning objective within the syllabus of the specific exam board the student will be using.

The first session will be aimed at understanding strengths and weaknesses, then starting the tutoring.

I will give an overview of the topic as detailed in the syllabus, highlighting key ideas. I will provide exam questions on the topic to be completed before the next session. At the start of each subsequent session, we will go through these exam questions, addressing any areas of uncertainty before moving onto the next set of objectives.

In this way, I will help the student become self-sufficient in studying and revising topics for their exams.

I have used this structured approach to exams since taking my GCSEs, in which I achieved A* in Applied Sciences (100% UMS marks in Biology component), A in A-Level Biology, and 1st class honours degree in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol. I am currently finishing my PhD at UoB, where I will be starting as a post-doctoral researcher in Cystic Fibrosis ion channel pharmacology, electrophysiology and molecular dynamics in September 2026. While at UoB, I have helped teach lab sessions and advanced technical workshops to undergraduate students.
