I have over 4 years' extensive experience of teaching English (TEFL/ESOL) as a foreign language to groups and individuals of all ages and abilities, including working with businesses and volunteering with asylum seekers and refugees. I am educated to degree level and have done training as post-graduate level also in Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I always make sure that my lessons are fun and enjoyable and that you feel like you are making real progress, I try to make examples and exercises related to the real-world, often following accredited coursebooks and also using my own materials and feeding in additional colloquial and more realistic language where necessary too. I like to focus on content such as grammar and skills and also to have a more conversational and communicative approach which will prepare you for real-world english and scenarios too.
