I am an experienced executive coach and senior Government leader with 30+ years across Policy, HR, Operations, and Organisational Development. I’ve led through complexity at home and overseas—including Defence roles in the Middle East, US, Europe, and two formative years with the Falkland Islands Government.

Awarded a CBE for services to leadership and development, I now specialise in coaching both senior leaders and students navigating change, new roles, or seeking greater impact . My approach blends strategic insight with a people-first mindset—grounded in kindness, clarity, and compassion.

Throughout my career, I’ve talked often about the power of "working with kindness" and "leading with gratitude." These aren’t just professional philosophies—they’re lived experiences. The kindness of others has helped me overcome challenges, grow through setbacks, and lead through uncertainty. I bring that same ethos to my coaching practice: creating safe, supportive, and practical spaces for growth and reflection.

Of all my roles in public service, leading the Civil Service Fast Stream was the most personally rewarding. It allowed me to leave a legacy and help build strong career foundations for the graduates and apprentices I had the privilege to support.

Now, through coaching, I help both senior leaders gain clarity, lead with confidence, and act with compassion and young people with the challenges of career choices. I specialise in supporting those transitioning into new roles, leading organisational change, or facing personal and professional crossroads. From the icy winds of the South Atlantic to the intense heat of the Middle East, my career has taken me across continents, cultures, and challenges.
